“Univenture” Projects Revenue of 16 Billion Baht for 2026
Univenture Public Company Limited (UV) has announced that it anticipates a revenue of 16 billion baht for the fiscal year 2026 (from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026), despite facing challenges from fluctuating economic conditions and international trade tax issues. However, the company remains confident in its flexible investment portfolio strategy and revenue balance to drive sustainable long-term growth.
Mr. Kampol Poonsoni, the CEO of Univenture Public Company Limited (UV), stated that for the fiscal year 2026, the company expects a revenue of 16 billion baht. The company continues to monitor and assess economic conditions, international conflicts, and trade policies that may impact costs. Nevertheless, the company is prepared to seize opportunities from the recovery of the Thai economy in line with government stimulus measures. It will aggressively pursue an Organic Growth strategy in its 100% self-managed businesses while maintaining the strength of its Recurring Income from energy businesses and investments with potential partners to create a balanced Investment Portfolio and expand investments into new business sectors that are responsive to technological changes. The company remains focused on reducing costs and expenses to enhance operational efficiency.
Mr. Kampol also discussed the company's performance in the first quarter of 2026 (October 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025), reporting total revenue of 3.173 billion baht, with revenue contributions from investment businesses at 2.534 billion baht (80%), real estate and related businesses at 387 million baht (12%), industrial businesses at 233 million baht (7%), and other revenues at 19 million baht (1%). The net profit according to financial statements was 25 million baht.
